Challenge
As Smart TVs evolved beyond entertainment, Samsung needed a connected ecosystem that could seamlessly integrate TVs, Galaxy devices, voice interaction, gesture recognition, and emerging health services into one intelligent user experience.
Objective
Defined the product strategy for Samsung's connected ecosystem, planning multimodal interactions across Smart TV and Galaxy devices through voice, gesture, and cross-device experiences while establishing the foundation for future connected living.
Result
Successfully launched Samsung's first Smart TV fitness and healthcare platform at CES, introducing multimodal interactions and cross-device experiences that contributed to Samsung's connected ecosystem strategy and four international patents.
