Challenge

Traditional rehabilitation relies on repetitive exercises and subjective observation, making it difficult to sustain patient engagement or continuously evaluate movement quality. The challenge was to combine AI-powered computer vision with engaging product experiences that motivate long-term rehabilitation.

Objective

Develop a computer vision-powered platform capable of understanding full-body movement from head to toe, enabling AI-driven gait analysis, personalized coaching, and gamified rehabilitation through more than 30 movement assessment scenarios.

Result

The concept attracted a $2.3M investment offer from Krafton and interest from multiple companies, validating both the AI product vision and its commercial potential.

Why it Matters

This project demonstrated how computer vision can move beyond motion tracking to understand human movement, transforming clinical rehabilitation into an intelligent, engaging AI product.
